Bottling Day

The air buzzed with excitement at Madonna Del Latte this past week as we celebrated our annual bottling day. This pivotal moment marks the culmination of months of hard work, dedication, and a little bit of magic, transforming the fruits of our labor into the bottled treasures that will soon grace tables around the world.

For us, bottling day is more than just a process; it's a tradition, a ritual that connects us to generations of winemakers who have poured their heart and soul into crafting exceptional wines. From the careful selection of grapes in our sun-drenched vineyards to the meticulous fermentation and aging in our cellars, every step leading up to this day is infused with passion and a commitment to quality.

Among the diverse vintages bottled this year, two in particular garnered much anticipation: our Orvieto D.O.C. Classico Superiore 2024 and the elegant Viognier 2024. These wines, born from the unique terroir of Umbria, promise an unforgettable sensory journey. The Orvieto D.O.C. Classico Superiore 2024, with its crisp, fruity notes and minerality, will be available from the 1st of March and promises to be a delightful aperitif. The Viognier 2024, already available, entices with aromas of bright citrus and ripe peaches, culminating in a delightful almond and fleur de sel note on the palate.
